Clifford Brown Catering came about when a Chef met an Event Planner at a wedding.... We bring together fresh, local and seasonal produce with passionate people to give our clients an exceptional culinary experience. With a great team on board and years of catering experience we are proud to be Clifford Brown.
Olly has been a chef for over fifteen years, working in a number of prestigious restaurants in London, including The Ritz London and the Brackenbury Restaurant, before branching out and starting a solo catering business for corporate and wedding clients in London and the surrounding counties in 2007.
Carrie has worked in the pub and restaurant trade for over ten years, so it was a natural progression to move into the events industry in 2009. The marriage licensee at Tower Bridge in London; Carrie hosted over 75 weddings per year across the four events spaces within the bridge.
Creating Clifford Brown Catering
The couple decided to leave the hustle and bustle of the City in 2011 to run a village pub in the Oxfordshire countryside, before choosing in 2012 to focus solely on their events business.
