Luke is a chef with over eighteen years experience across Australia and the UK. With an outstanding knowledge of food, from Pan-Asian to European, his flavour combinations always hit the spot. Most recently Head Chef of The Lonsdale in Notting Hill, his experience and passion show in his perfectly executed dishes.
David has worked with us since the start, and is a jack (and master!) of all trades. We like to call him our logistics manager but actually he is a team leader, team player, and goes above and beyond to make every event extraordinary.
Nina has a wealth of experience in the Events Industry, gained over many years across many countries. With a well-placed confidence and extremely high standards, Nina ensures that all events run smoothly. She will accommodate all requests and always goes out of the way to offer a superb experience for you and your guests.
Matt has been a chef for fifteen years and has worked in many prestigious roles in London, most notably as Sous Chef at Simpsons in the Strand, part of the Savoy Group, and at The Rickety Press in Oxford’s trendy Summertown.
He is a creative genius, and his food is both beautifully cooked and brilliantly executed. His passion for his career shows in each and every dish he presents.
Carol is an incredible and unflappable lead waiter and bar manager. With years of experience running the floor at events, she makes sure that your event runs smoothly across all aspects of your day.
